You are precise, on line, communicate constantly with us, and very smart. you put up with inspectors that probably drive you nuts simply because you have no control over the (sometimes) ridiculous things they express in their reports. I have met many in my life...and some are simply...dumb as rocks...:) Also you have to put up with some.. (not all) ...but some very crazy people. It is a hard profession you are in yet you do it so well. All professions have different degrees/levels of stress and being a real estate agent is higher than the norm....and having a personality like yours which we see as very caring with a huge desire to get things accomplished correctly and in a timely manner, makes it harder for you then the average agent....You just do your job better then most. Just how we see you....The best thing that happened to us for the sale of our home was to have you walk into our home early on and we kept your card because we saw things in you that were wonderful as person and as an agent.
